To achieve this, specially modified machinery to churn the ice cream is used. Italy is also famous for intense natural flavours, and Geláre, of course, uses only ALL NATURAL ingredients with absolutely no artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives
American style ice cream is somewhat creamier than ice cream made in Italy. Geláre has changed the cream content in traditional italian ice creams, making its premium ice cream unusually smooth.
The Geláre café at Orchard Central makes use of the spatial abundance, both vertically and horizontally, to its best advantage.
